Hi Scott,
What a fabulous website - thanks for sharing so much of your experience and photos! None of us currently here at Bamboo Sourcery have been to China, so we’re all quite envious, of course.
Bamboo Sourcery is a bamboo farm and nursery with over 300 species of bamboo for landscaping, located north of San Francisco. We also have a large website at bamboosourcery.com. We love your Bamboo Forest photo of what I think is Phyllostachys nigra ‘Henon,’ and have downloaded it. But we want to check with you first: we would love to put this photo on our website along with our species description, if that would be ok with you. We could give you credit, if you wish. So please let us know.
I assume you are joking about the post? This was one of my first ones, trying to get the look and feel of the site down. I was playing around with how to display pictures in the blog, too (if you click on the picture, a larger one will show up in a new window. If you click anywhere in the new picture, it will go away). But, I got over doing this for all the pictures, since it required some extra work. I just increased the size of the pictures in the blog itself and gave a link on most posts to the picutre gallery for that day on the (Google) Picasa site.

Thanks again - enjoyed the tour!
